Şirketimizin 04.03.2025 Tarih ve YK/2025-06 Sayılı Yönetim Kurulu toplantısında;

Denetim Komitesinin Bağımsız Denetim Şirketi ile ilgili hazırladığı rapor incelendi. Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı uyarınca ve 6102 Sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu çerçevesinde Bağımsız Denetçi ve Bağımsız Denetim Şirketi olarak, Denetim Komitemizin ön onayından geçen MGI Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş.' nin 01.01.2025 – 31.12.2025 dönemini kapsayan 1 yıllık süre için Bağımsız Denetim Şirketi (Bağımsız Denetçi) olarak seçilmesine ve yapılacak Genel Kurul onayına sunulmasına,

karar verilmiştir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

At the meeting of the Board of Directors our company dated 04.03.2025 and numbered YK/2025-06;

The report prepared by the Audit Committee regarding Independent Audit Firm was assessed and evaluated at the meeting. In accordance with the Capital Markets legislation and within the framework of the Turkish Commercial Code numbered 6102, MGI Bağımsız Denitim A.Ş., which met the preliminary approval of our Audit Committee, to be elected as an Independent Audit Firm (Independent Auditor) for the period of 1 year extend 01.01.2025 - 31.12.2025 and to be submitted to the General Assembly for approval,

decided.
