Şirketimizin istihdam ettiği sendikalı personel ile ilgili Türkiye Selüloz Kağıt, Ağaç ve Mamulleri İşçileri Sendikası ile (Selüloz İş) yeniden 2 yıllık dönem için (01.09.2024-31.08.2026) sözleşme yapmak üzere 30.09.2024 tarihinden beri yürütülen görüşmeler neticesinde anlaşma sağlanamamış olup, mevzuat gereğince görüşmelerde resmi arabuluculuk safhasına geçilmiştir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

As a result of the negotiations carried out since 30.09.2024 with the Turkish Cellulose, Paper, Wood and Products Workers' Union (Cellulose Labor) to make a contract for a new 2-year period (01.09.2024-31.08.2026) regarding the unionized personnel employed by our company, no agreement has been reached and the negotiations have entered the official mediation phase in accordance with the legislation.

The English translation of this statement is attached herewith, and in case of any discrepancy in the texts of the statement, the Turkish statement will be taken as the basis.
