Şirketimizin, 27 Mayıs 2021 tarihinde (bugün) Şirket merkezinde ve EGKS üzerinden elektronik ortamda gerçekleştirdiği 2020 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında; Şirketimizin, Yönetim Kurulu'nda Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu ("KGK") tarafından yayımlanan Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları / Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları ("TMS/TFRS") uyarınca hazırlanan 01.01.2020 - 31.12.2020 hesap dönemine ait konsolide mali tablolarına göre 20.720.000 TL dönem karı ve Vergi Usul Kanunu uyarınca hazırlanan (Yasal) finansal tablolarına göre 73.584.148 TL ticari kar oluştuğu tespit edilmiş olup, her iki finansal tabloda yer alan Geçmiş Yıl Zararlarının mahsubundan sonra, dağıtılabilir kar oluşmadığından kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına, iş bu teklifin 2020 yılına ilişkin Olağan Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verildiğinden gündem maddesi görüşülerek dağıtılabilir kar oluşmadığından, kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına karar verilmiştir.
