Şirketimizin, 5 Nisan 2019 tarihinde (bugün) Şirket merkezinde ve EGKS üzerinden elektronik ortamda gerçekleştirdiği 2018 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında; Yönetim Kurulu'nda Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu ("KGK") tarafından yayımlanan Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları / Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları ("TMS/TFRS") uyarınca hazırlanan 01.01.2018 - 31.12.2018 hesap dönemine ait konsolide mali tablolarına göre 23.387.670 TL ve Vergi Usul Kanunu uyarınca hazırlanan finansal tablolarına göre 171.829.149 TL dönem zararı oluştuğu tespit edilmiş olup, dağıtılabilir kar oluşmadığından kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına ve iş bu teklifin 2018 yılına ilişkin olağan Genel Kurul'a sunulmasına karar verildiğinden gündem maddesi görüşülerek dağıtılabilir kar oluşmadığından kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına karar verilmiştir.
