Şirketimizin, Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu ("KGK") tarafından yayımlanan Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları / Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları ("TMS/TFRS") uyarınca hazırlanan 01.01.2017-31.12.2017 hesap dönemine ait konsolide mali tablolarına göre 2.082.943 TL dönem karı ve Vergi Usul Kanunu uyarınca hazırlanan (Yasal) finansal tablolarına göre 96.612.236 TL dönem zararı oluştuğu tespit edilmiş,her iki finansal tabloda yer alan Geçmiş Yıl Zararlarının mahsubundan sonra, dağıtılabilir kar oluşmadığından kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına, iş bu teklifin 2017 yılına ilişkin Olağan Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına katılanların oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
