Within the framework of the Capital Markets Board Communiqué on Lease Certificates (III-61.1) published in the Official Gazette dated 07.06.2013 and numbered 28670, our application; for the issuance of lease certificates with Karsan Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. as the fund user, and Değer Varlık Kiralama Anonim Şirketi as the issuer, limited to an shelf registration of TL 700.000.000 (Seven Hundred Million Turkish Lira), based on a management contract as stipulated in the Communiqué within the framework of Articles 4 and 6 of the Communiqué, with various maturities and conditions, to be issued in TL in Turkey, without public offering, in allotment and/or to be sold to qualified investors; was discussed at the meeting of the Capital Markets Board dated 07.03.2024 and numbered 14/362 and approved by the Board.
