11.05.2023 tarihli açıklamamıza konu olan; yurt içinde halka arz edilmeksizin tahsisli satış ve/veya nitelikli yatırımcıya satış yöntemleriyle satılmak üzere, 1 yılık dönem içerisinde bir veya birden fazla seferde gerçekleştirilecek toplam 600.000.000,- Türk Lirası tutarına kadar borçlanma aracı ihraç edilmesine ilişkin ihraç belgesi, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 31.08.2023 tarih ve 51/1043 sayılı kararı ile onaylanmış olup söz konusu ihraca ilişkin Başvuru Formu, İhraç Belgesi ve İhraç Belgesi Eki ekte yer almaktadır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce tercümesi mevcut olup bu açıklamanın Türkçe ve İngilizce versiyonları arasında herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda, Türkçe versiyon esas kabul edilecektir.

Based on our company's disclosure dated May 11, 2023, our application made to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for the issue certificate pertaining to the issue of debt instruments up to TL 600.000.000,- in a single lot or in multiple lots, for sale domestically to qualified investors and/or as pre-allocated and without public offering in a 1-year time period has been approved by the CMB with the decision numbered 51/1043 and date August 31, 2023. The Application Form, Issue Document and Attachment of the Issue Document are attached.
