6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu uyarınca, belirlenen esaslara uygun olarak,  Denetimden Sorumlu Komitenin önerisiyle, 2024 yılı hesap dönemindeki finansal raporların  denetlenmesi ile bu kanunlardaki ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamındaki diğer  faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere, Kılıçali Paşa Mah. Meclis-İ Mebusan Cad. N8 İçKapı N301 Beyoğlu / İstanbul adresinde bulunan İstanbul Sicil  Müdürlüğü'ne 201465-0 Ticaret Sicil Numarası ile kayıtlı olan PWC BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM VE SERBEST MUHASEBECİ MALİ MÜŞAVİRLİK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ'nin Şirket'in Bağımsız Denetim şirketi olarak bir yıl süreyle seçilmesi Genel Kurul tarafından onaylanmıştır .

In accordance with the principles determined in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, with the recommendation of the Audit Committee, in order to audit the financial reports for the 2024 accounting period and to carry out other activities within the  scope of the relevant regulations in these laws, PWC BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM VE SERBEST MUHASEBECİ MALİ MÜŞAVİRLİK A.Ş., registered with the Trade Registry Number 201465-0 at the Istanbul Registry at the address Kılıçali Paşa Mah.Meclis-İ Mebusan Cad. N8 İç Kapı N301  Beyoğlu / İstanbul, to be elected as the Company's Independent Audit Company for a period of one year, is approved by the General Assembly.
