2022 yılı hesap dönemi finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi için bağımsız denetim kuruluşu olarak DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. 'nin seçilmesine ilişkin 21.04.2022 tarihli genel kurul kararı, 17.06.2022 tarihinde tescil edilmiştir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce tercümesi mevcut olup bu açıklamanın Türkçe ve İngilizce versiyonları arasında herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda, Türkçe versiyon esas kabul edilecektir.

The General Meeting Resolution dated 21.04.2022 related to the selection of the independent audit firm to be DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. for the purpose of auditing of the financial statements for 2022 fiscal period was registered on 17.06.2022.
