6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu uyarınca, belirlenen esaslara uygun olarak, Denetimden Sorumlu Komitenin önerisiyle, 2024 yılı hesap dönemindeki finansal raporların denetlenmesi ile bu kanunlardaki ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamındaki diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere, Kılıçali Paşa Mah. Meclis-İ Mebusan Cad. N 8 İç Kapı N 301 Beyoğlu / İstanbul adresinde bulunan İstanbul Sicil Müdürlüğü'ne 201465-0 Ticaret Sicil Numarası ile kayıtlı olan, 0146002240500015 MERSİS numaralı PWC BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM VE SERBEST MUHASEBECİ MALİ MÜŞAVİRLİK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ'nin Şirket'in Bağımsız Denetim şirketi olarak bir yıl süreyle seçilmesine, söz konusu seçimin ve görev süresinin yapılacak ilk Olağan Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce tercümesi mevcut olup bu açıklamanın Türkçe ve İngilizce versiyonları arasında herhangi bir çelişki olması durumunda, Türkçe versiyon esas kabul edilecektir.

In accordance with the principles set out in the  Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the Capital  Market Law No. 6362, it has been resolved that PWC  BAĞIMSIZ DENETİM VE SERBEST MUHASEBECİ  MALİ MÜŞAVİRLİK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ registered at  İstanbul Trade Registry with trade registry number of  201465-0 and MERSİS number of  0146002240500015 located at Kılıçali Paşa Mah.  Meclis-İ Mebusan Cad. N 8 İç Kapı N 301  Beyoğlu / İstanbul shall be selected as an  Independent Audit of the Company for one year in  order to audit the financial reports for the 2024 fiscal  year and to carry out other activities within the scope  of the relevant regulations in these laws with the  suggestion of the Committee Responsible for the  Audit; aforementioned selection and term of office  shall be submitted to the approval of the  shareholders at the first Ordinary General Assembly.
