Şirketimizin 13 Nisan 2017 tarihinde (bugün) şirket merkezinde ve EGKS üzerinden elektronik ortamda gerçekleştirdiği 2016 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında; Yönetim Kurulu'nun Kamu Gözetimi Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu ("KGK") tarafından yayımlanan Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları / Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları ("TMS/TFRS") uyarınca hazırlanan 01.01.2016-31.12.2016 hesap dönemine ait konsolide mali tabloları ile Vergi Usul Kanunu uyarınca hazırlanan (Yasal) finansal tablolarına göre dönem zararı oluşması nedeniyle dağıtılabilir kar oluşmadığından kar dağıtımı yapılmaması ve oluşan dönem zararının geçmiş yıl zararlarına eklenmesi kararı onaylanmıştır.
