It is noted that EQT VIII, through Karo Intressenter AB (under change of name from Fund VIII Swe Bidco AB), has acquired an additional 1,584,502 shares in Karo Pharma Aktiebolag during the period 30 October – 31 October 2018. As a result, as per 31 October 2018, EQT VIII, through Karo Intressenter AB, held in total 20,880,874 shares in Karo Pharma Aktiebolag, representing 12.706 percent of the total number of shares and votes in Karo Pharma Aktiebolag. The fund known as EQT VIII, comprising of EQT VIII SCSp acting by its alternative investment fund manager (gestionnaire), EQT Fund Management S.à r.l.
