Additional Explanations
As the validity period of the Company's authorized capital ceiling will expire in 2025, the Board of Directors has decided to extend this period until 2030. Consequently, Article 6 of the Articles of Association (‘Capital of the Company') will be revised in line with the attached amendment text. The amendment will first be submitted to the Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Trade for the necessary authorizations, and thereafter presented to the next General Assembly for its approval
