Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-15.1 Özel Durumlar Tebliği kapsamında kamuya açıklama yapılmasını gerektirecek nitelikte herhangi bir gelişme bulunmamakta olup, işbu açıklama yatırımcılarımızdan gelen sorular üzerine yapılmıştır.

Regarding the news in the national press and media organs today that high tax fines were imposed on two companies within the scope of the tax inspection carried out in the iron and steel sector, we respectfully submit for the public's information that our Company is not among the companies mentioned in the relevant news.

Within the scope of the Communiqué on Material Events Disclosure (II-15.1) of the Capital Markets Board, there is no development that requires public disclosure and this statement has been made in response to inquiries from our investors.
