Additional Explanations

According to the decision of Company's Board of Directors dated March 01, 2022 , it was resolved to propose the profit distribution for the year 2021 as in the attached tables and to determine the dividend payment dates, which will be in two installments which are not later than June, 30 2022 and November 30, 2022, to be determined by the Board of Directors after the General Assembly considering the cash projection of the Company. It is decided that these matters to be submitted to the General Assembly's approval at our Company's Ordinary General Assembly Meeting which will be held on March 25,2022.
