Additional Explanations

According to the decision of Company's Board of Directors dated February 28, 2019 and numbered 49, it was resolved to propose the profit distribution for the year 2018 as in the attached tables and to determine the dividend payment dates, which will be in two installments which are not later than June 2019 and November 2019, to be determined by the Board of Directors after the General Assembly considering the cash projection of the Company.

These matters were submitted to the General Assembly's approval at our Company's Ordinary General Assembly Meeting on April 2,2019 and dividend payment is approved .

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
