KARDAN CONVENES AGM

Amsterdam, May 19, 2020 – Kardan N.V. ('Kardan' or 'the Company'), active in Real Estate and Water Infrastructure in emerging markets has published its convocation for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), including the agenda and the accompanying explanatory notes, on its website (www.kardan.nl) today. The AGM will be held on 30 June 2020.

In the context of the global COVID-19 pandemic, Kardan has decided, following the Temporary Act COVID-19 Justice and Safety (the "Emergency-Act"), to hold its AGM completely virtual, to ensure the health and safety of all our employees and shareholders.

All relevant information on how to register and participate, as well as all related documents, including the agenda, the accompanying explanatory notes and the 2019 Annual Report are available on the Company's website.
