KARDAN PRESENTATION ON SPIN-OFF OF ISRAELI ACTIVITIES

Amsterdam, September 15, 2011 - Kardan N.V. ("Kardan"), active in Real Estate, Financial Services and (Water) Infrastructure in emerging markets announces that it will give a presentation during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders with respect to the spin-off of its Israeli activities. The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders starts at 14.30 CET today.
