Vienna, November 20, 2013. Kapsch TrafficCom AG (ISIN AT000KAPSCH9), listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange in the prime market segment, states that a Government Gazette has been published in which the South African Minister of Transport has, in terms of section 27(3)(a) of the South African National Roads Agency Limited and National Roads Act, 1998 (Act No. 7 of 1998) and on the recommendation of the South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd (SANRAL), determined the tolls to be levied on the roads specified in the Government Gazette. The Minister of Transport has also determined, on the recommendation of SANRAL and in terms of section 27(3)(d) of the Act, that the tolls that may be levied will be payable from December 3, 2013.
