Vienna, on February 14, 2012 - Kapsch TrafficCom AG (ISIN AT000KAPSCH9), listed in the Prime Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange, has been informed that the aggregate shareholding of funds managed by Capital Research and Management Company as of February 8, 2012 was 533,561 shares, or 4.10% of Kapsch TrafficCom AG´s outstanding voting shares and thus fell below the threshold of 5% of voting rights. The number of total outstanding shares and total voting rights of Kapsch TrafficCom AG is 13,000,000.
