Additional Explanations

Şirketimiz 2021 takvim yılında yaptığı faaliyetler sonucunda Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu ("SPK")'nun "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" (II-14.1) hükümleri dahilinde, Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu ("KGK") tarafından yayınlanan Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları ("TMS") ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları ("TFRS")'na uygun olarak hazırlanan, sunum esasları SPK 'nun konuya ilişkin kararları uyarınca belirlenen, bağımsız denetimden geçmiş, 01.01.2021 - 31.12.2021 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolara göre; 34.531.791 TL net dönem karı oluştuğu görülerek,

- Kar dağıtımında SPK düzenlemelerine göre hazırlanan bağımsız denetimden geçmiş tabloların esas alınmasına,

- Buna göre, 2021 Yılı Bağışlar Eklenmiş Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karı tutarı olan 33.235.579 TL'den %20 oranında Brüt 6.647.116 TL nakit I. Temettünün dağıtılmasına,

- Kurucu intifa senedi sahiplerine I. Temettü dağıtımı sonrası kalan tutarın %10'u olan Brüt 2.658.846 TL ‘lik tutarın dağıtılmasına, dağıtılan toplam 9.305.962 TL'nin kurumlar vergisine tabi tutulmuş kardan dağıtılmasına,

- Kar dağıtımına 18.08.2022 tarihinde başlanmasına,

- Genel Kanuni Yedek Akçe ayrılması sonrasında kalan tutarın yatırım projelerinin gerçekleştirilmesi ve işletme sermaye ihtiyacını karşılamak için "Geçmiş Yıllar Karları" hesabına aktarılmasına,

karar verilmiştir. Hesaplama tablosu ekte sunulmuştur.
