Spinnaker Opportunities plc (LON: SOP), the Standard Listed cash shell focused on delivering a material acquisition in the cannabis processing industry, today announces that the notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting and Proxy Forms has been sent to Shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 26 June 2019 at 11.30am at the offices of Bishop & Sewell LLP, 59-60 Russell Square, London WC1B 4HP.

Additionally, the Company would like to remind shareholders that the 2018 Report and Accounts were published on 30 April 2019 and were posted to registered shareholders on 10 May 2019.
