This is further to our letter dated May 06, 2026, wherein we have informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Kalpataru Limited (the “Company”) is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, inter-alia to consider and approve Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026 (‘Results’). The Results will be announced on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 within the specified time after conclusion of the Board Meeting.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company also proposes to host Earnings conference call for investors and analysts on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. (IST) to discuss the Results and developments for quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The invite and other details to the Earnings conference call is enclosed.
Post declaration of Results and prior to the Call, the Investor Presentation will be uploaded on the website of the Company and Stock exchanges.
