Additional Explanations

Based on the authority granted to our Board of Directors by Article 8 of our Company's Articles of Association, it was decided by our Board of Directors on 10.01.2025 that our Company will issue debt instruments of up to 3,000,000,000.- (three billion) Turkish Lira, in Turkish Lira denominations, with various maturities, in one or more times in the country, to be sold to qualified investors without a public offering; and that the Company's management will be authorized to determine the conditions of the issuance and to carry out the issuance transactions, provided that these limitations are met, and the issuance document has been approved by the Capital Markets Board.
