APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR

The Board of Kakuzi Plc is pleased to announce that Ms. Pamella Ager has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1st April 2023. Pamella is a well-seasoned corporate and commercial law advocate with over twenty-two years experience. Pamella is the Managing Partner at the firm of Oraro & Company Advocates, one of the leading law firms in Kenya.

She has been recognized by various international legal directors as a leading and highly respected lawyer in Banking/Finance and Conveyancing & Real Estate practice. She has advised both local and international clients in various significant transactions over the years.

Pamella holds a Master of Laws degree from Auckland University, New Zealand, a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Waikato, New Zealand, as well as a Post-graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.  She is a member of the Institute of Directors (Kenya).
