Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Regulation 46 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that the Company is organising an Investors Conference Call at 11.00 a.m. (IST) on Monday, December 22, 2025, with respect to recent unexpected event as informed to the Stock Exchange(s) on December 19, 2025 regarding the fraud in the step-down wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Details of the said Conference Call are attached.
An intimation for the said Conference Call is being made at shorter time than the prescribed timelines under the Listing Regulations as the management of the Company wishes to update and clarify the investors about the above said event at the earliest.
