Kaiser Reef Limited (ASX: KAU) – Admission and Commencement of Official Quotation
Description
Kaiser Reef Limited (‘KAU’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Wednesday, 26 February 2020.
Official quotation of KAU’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 1 pm AEDT on Friday, 28 February 2020.
KAU raised $4,500,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 5 December 2019 as supplemented by a supplementary prospectus dated 28 January 2020 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 22,500,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
