Change of Company Secretary

Kaiser Reef Limited ( Kaiser Reef, KAU or the Company ) advises the appointment of Joint Company Secretary, Mr Stephen Brockhurst and Miss Aida Tabakovic from Mining Corporate Pty Ltd.

Mr Brockhurst has over 20 years’ experience in the finance and corporate advisory industry. His experience includes corporate and capital structuring, corporate advisory and company secretarial services, capital raising, ASX and ASIC compliance requirements. Mr Brockhurst has served on the board and acted as Company Secretary on numerous ASX listed companies. Miss Tabakovic has over 11 years’ experience in the accounting profession. Miss Tabakovic provides services to a number of ASX listed companies specialising in financial accounting and reporting and corporate compliance. Miss Tabakovic has been involved in listing a number of junior exploration companies on the ASX and is currently Company Secretary for numerous ASX listed companies.

Mr Brockhurst and Miss Tabakovic replace Mr David Palumbo as the Company Secretary who will also resign as a Non-Executive Director due to other work commitments with Mining Corporate Pty Ltd effective immediately.

The Company would like to thank Mr Palumbo for his effort and contribution through the Initial Public Offer to date.
