CHANGE OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR
Kaiser Reef Limited ( Kaiser, KAU or the Company ) wishes to advise that, effective 3 August 2021, it has appointed BDO (WA) Pty Ltd as the Company’s external auditor. The appointment of BDO (WA) Pty Ltd replaces PKF Perth as the Company’s external auditor.
In accordance with section 327C of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Aus), a resolution will be put before shareholders at Company’s 2021 Annual General Meeting to ratify the appointment of BDO (WA) Pty Ltd as the Company’s external auditor.
The change of external auditor is in accordance with section 329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Aus) and has been made as part of a process of reviewing the Company’s service providers, pursuant to the Company’s focus on the new acquired A1 and Maldon assets. The Board of Kaiser thanks PKF Perth for their service to the Company.
