Date of Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations 22 SEPTEMBER 2025
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Kaiser Reef Limited (ASX: KAU) (“Kaiser” or “the Company”) advises that the Annual General Meeting (“ AGM ”) of the Company will be held on Monday, 17 November 2025.
An item of business at the AGM will be election of Directors. In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations for the election of Directors is 29 September 2025. Any nominations must be received no later than 5:00pm (WST) on 29 September 2025 at the Company’s registered office.
