Date of Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Kaiser Reef Limited ( “Kaiser” or the “Company” ) ( ASX: KAU ) advises that it anticipates that it will hold its next Annual General Meeting (‘ AGM ’) on 17 November 2021. A notice of meeting for the AGM is being prepared by the Company and will be announced to the ASX and provided to the Shareholders around 19 October 2021.
An item of business at the AGM will be the election of Directors, in accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations for the election of Directors is 6 October 2021. Any nominations must be received no later than 5:00pm (WST) on 6 October 2021 at the Company’s Registered Office.
