Kahoot! ASA: New share capital registered
Oslo, 15 September 2022: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Kahoot! ASA ("Kahoot!" or the "Company") on 14 September 2022, regarding the issuance of consideration shares to the selling equity holders of Clever, Inc. The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the 39,183 new shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).
The Company's registered share capital is NOK 48,925,282.40 divided between 489,252,824 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10.
