Oslo, 20 May 2021: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 10 May 2021 regarding the successful completion of the private placement raising gross proceeds of NOK 1.7 billion by issuing 25,000,000 new shares (the "New Shares") in Kahoot! ASA (the "Private Placement").

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the New Shares in the Private Placement has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). Kahoot! ASA's new share capital is NOK 47,268,951, divided into 472,689,510 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
