Datum AS has today on 23 June 2021 sold 12 000 000 shares in Kahoot ASA ("Kahoot").

Datum AS is 100 % owned by Jan Haudemann-Andersen.

Following the sale, companies owned by Jan Haudemann-Andersen own 40 130 865 shares in Kahoot, and the ownership is reduced from 11.0 % to 8.5 % of the issued shares in Kahoot.
