On 24th June 2021 BlackRock, Inc acquired 2,693,794 shares and voting rights in Kahoot ASA, resulting in a shareholding of 23,763,111 (5.02%) shares and voting rights. The chain of controlled undertakings through which the shares and voting rights are effectively held is attached at Appendix A.
