Oslo, 16 February 2023: Ranjit Mahida, General Counsel in Kahoot! ASA ("Kahoot!"), has today acquired 13,500 shares at a price of NOK 18.10 per share.

Following the transaction, Ranjit Mahida holds in total 13,500 shares in Kahoot! In addition, Ranjit Mahida holds 75,000 share options and 75,000 RSUs.
