Oslo, 21 August 2023

Reference is made to the announcement on 14 July 2023 where it was announced that Kangaroo BidCo AS (the "Offeror") had reached an agreement with Kahoot! ASA ("Kahoot!" or the "Company") to launch a voluntary cash offer to acquire all issued and outstanding shares in the Company (the "Offer"), and the announcement on 27 July 2023 regarding commencement of the offer period for the Offer.

The following primary insiders with related parties of the Company have accepted the Offer for all their shares in the Company, as further specified below:

• Andreas Hansson (Chairperson): 100,000 shares.

• Stefan Blom (Board member): 50,000 shares.

• Lori Wright (Board member): 11,556 shares.

• Joanne Bradford (Board member): 11,556 shares.

• Charlotte Kristiansen (Employee representative board member): 1,210 shares.

• Ranjitsinh Mahida (General Counsel): 13,500 shares.

• Julie Wessel (VP Corporate development): 30,000 shares.

• Elizabeth Kleive (Chief Experience Officer): 36,000 shares.

• Erlend Kleive (related party to Elizabeth Kleive): 25,540 shares.

• Sidsel Hanoa (related party to CEO Eilert Hanoa): 400,000 shares.
