Oslo, 29 August 2022: Jostein Håvaldsrud, primary insider in Kahoot! ASA ("Kahoot!"), has today increased his shareholding in Kahoot! by 40,000 shares. Through his wholly owned company JEMS Holding AS, Håvaldsrud has acquired 40,000 shares in Kahoot! at a price of NOK 19.40 per share.
Following the transaction, Jostein Håvaldsrud holds in total 460,097 shares in Kahoot! through JEMS Holding AS and personally. In addition, Jostein Håvaldsrud holds 125,000 RSUs and 625,000 share options.
