Kahoot! - Mandatory notification of trade
23 June 2021, Oslo: The following close associates to primary insiders have today acquired the following number of shares at a price of NOK 55.55 per share in Kahoot! ASA ("Kahoot!" or the "Company"):
100,000 shares were acquired by SB Northstar LP, a fund managed by SB Management Limited, a 100% directly owned subsidiary of SoftBank Group Corp. ("SoftBank"). Following this purchase, SoftBank owns a total of 75,064,801 shares in Kahoot!, increasing its shareholding from 15.86% to 15.88% of the total number of outstanding shares in the Company. Softbank is represented by Andreas Hansson as chairperson and Akshay Naheta as board member on the Board of Directors of Kahoot!
1,000,000 shares were acquired by Glitrafjord AS ("Glitrafjord"). Following this purchase, Glitrafjord owns a total of 41,208,910 shares in Kahoot!, increasing its shareholding from 8.51% to 8.72% of the total number of outstanding shares in the Company. Glitrafjord, a company wholly owned by the Kahoot! CEO Eilert Hanoa through AS Real-Forvaltning. A person closely related to Eilert Hanoa owns 400,000 shares in Kahoot! and Eilert Hanoa holds 750,000 options in Kahoot!
