Kahoot! AS – Minutes from extraordinary general meeting
Oslo, 28 September 2020
An extraordinary general meeting in Kahoot! AS (the "Company") was held today at 09.00 hours (CEST). All items on the agenda were approved by the general meeting as proposed by the Board of Directors, including the authorization to the Board of Directors to increase the Company's share capital by up to NOK 5,500,000 through the issuance of up to 55,000,000 new shares in connection with mergers, acquisitions and equity raises.
