Şirketimizin SPK Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği madde 4.2.8. uyum çerçevesinde imzalamış olduğu " Yönetici Sorumluluk Sigortası" 03/09/2025 - 03/09/2026 tarihlerinde geçerli olacak şekilde 3.000.000 USD poliçe sorumluluk limiti ile yenilenmiştir.

In accordance with the article 4.2.8 of CMB Corporate Governance Communiqué, the company's "Executive Liability Insurance Policy" is extended with a validity from 03/09/2025 to 03/09/2026 with the total liability amount of 3,000,000 USD.
