Şirketimiz, hizmet sektöründe kullanılmak üzere yük ve denge yazılımı sağlayacak bir proje ihalesi kazanmıştır. İhale bedeli KDV hariç 2.189.250 USD olup; sözleşme süresi proje süreci, iki yıl garanti hizmeti ve üç yıl bakım destek hizmetini kapsamaktadır. Proje kapsamında verilen hizmetlerde yükleme planları güncel teknoloji ile oluşturulacak ve daha hassas yük ve denge planlaması yapılarak malzeme ve işgücü tasarrufu sağlanabilecektir.

Söz konusu ihale ile ilgili açıklama SPK II-15.1 sayılı Özel Durumlar Tebliği'nin 6'ncı maddesi kapsamında, ilgili proje sözleşmesinde yer alan gizlilik yükümlülüklerinin yerine getirilmesi ve kamuya açıklanması için müşterinin yazılı onayının gerekliliği nedeniyle Yönetim Kurulumuzun 02.08.2022 tarih ve 2022/18 sayılı toplantısında aldığı karar ile ertelenmiştir. Erteleme sebebinin ortadan kalkması nedeniyle işbu açıklama yapılmıştır.

Our company won a project tender to provide loading and balance software for use in the service indurstry. The tender price is 2.189.250 USD excluding VAT, and the contract period covers a project period, two years of warranty service and three years of maintenance support service. In the services provided within the scope of the project, loading plans will be created with up-to-date technology and material and labor savings will be achieved by making more precise load and balance planning.

The said tender announcement is postponed within the scope of Article 6 of the Communiqué on Material Events No. II-15.1 of the CMB regarding our Board of Directors Meeting dated 02.08.2022 and numbered 2022/18, due to the requirement of the customer's written approval for its disclosure to the public and for the fulfillment of the confidentiality obligations which are stated on the project contract. Announcement is made due to the disappearance of the reason for the postponement.
