Kadoma Mining PLC Appoints Brian Moritz as Chairman of the Board

Kadoma Mining PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Moritz as Chairman of its Board of Directors. A highly respected figure in the natural resources sector, Brian brings a wealth of experience in mining finance, public company leadership, and governance - particularly within Africa-focused operations and listed ventures.

Brian has spent the past two decades at the helm of several successful mining and exploration companies. He was Chairman of African Platinum PLC until its £300 million acquisition by Impala Platinum, a transaction that stands as a benchmark for value creation in African mining. As Chairman of Chromex Mining PLC, he oversaw the development of chrome projects in South Africa's Bushveld Complex, culminating in a sale to Ruukki Group for £37 million.

He also led Goldplat PLC, a gold recovery company with operations in South Africa and Ghana, through a decade of growth and expansion. Brian currently serves as Chairman of Vast Resources PLC, with polymetallic operations in Romania and Zimbabwe, and non-executive director of Keras Resources PLC, which produces organic phosphate fertiliser in the US and continues to advise the government of Togo on mining strategy following a successful project sale.

Earlier in his career, Brian was a key architect of Grant Thornton's Capital Markets division, leading the flotation of over 100 companies on AIM - including the very first mining company to list on the market, Petra Diamonds. His work helped shape AIM into a global platform for emerging resource companies.
