Sub.: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 for Resignation of Senior Management Personnel
With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that Mr. Subhabrata Ghosh, Chief Operating Officer (COO) designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Company has tendered his resignation from the said post in order to pursue career in other domain. The said resignation letter is enclosed herewith.
It is further informed that there is no other material reason for the resignation other than the reason mentioned above. The Company has accepted his resignation and has relieved him from the duties w.e.f. February 16, 2026.
The details of changes as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/ CFD /CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015; Section V-A of Chapter V of Master Circular issued vide circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD- 1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A.
