Sub.: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 for Resignation of NonExecutive Non- Independent Director
With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that Mr. Satyanarayan Kabra, (DIN : 00015930) has tendered his resignation as Non- Executive Non- Independent Director of the Company due to advancing age with effect from the close of business hours on July 25, 2025. The said resignation letter is enclosed herewith. Consequently, he shall also cease to be a Member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Company.
Mr. Satyanarayan Kabra (DIN : 00015930) in his aforesaid letter has mentioned and confirmed that there is no other material reason for the resignation other than the reason mentioned above.
The details of changes as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD- 1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A.
