We wish to inform you under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations that the Company has appointed Dr. Yashodhan Gokhale as CTO of Battrixx divison w.e.f 2[nd] August 2023.

Dr. Yashodhan Pramod Gokhale has around 18 years experience in Electric Energy Storage, E- mobility. He has done PhD in Germany with few awards and Scholarships from Royal Society of Chemistry and German Government in 2010 and MSc in Physical Chemistry from Pune University in the year 2004. He also published more than 10+ Research papers, Books regarding new innovations in material development in Lithium-ion battery and beyond.
