Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 to, inter alia, consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022 and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.

Further, the Trading Window of the Company that has been closed from April 01, 2022 for the purpose of declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 till the expiry of 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the declaration of the said financial results.
