K3 is pleased to announce that its audited financial statements for the year ended 30 November 2023 along with its Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders today and will be made available to view on the Company's website, www.k3btg.com/investor-centre for the purposes  of AIM Rule 26.

The Annual General Meeting will take place at 10:00am am on Tuesday 21 May 2024 at the offices of Cavendish at One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL.
