Notice of Results

K3 reports that financial results for FY2019 are in the final stage of the audit process. This process has taken longer than anticipated, reflecting the recent introduction of new audit protocols. Results will therefore not be announced on 16 July 2020 as previously announced, but will be published as soon as the process has been concluded.  The board has been advised that this process will be concluded imminently. There is no change to guidance in market expectations for FY2019.
