("K3" or "the Company")

AGM and Notice of Results

K3, which provides mission‐critical business software, cloud solutions and managed services, will be holding its AGM today. As previously announced, while customary AGM resolutions will be proposed, since the publication of the 2019 annual report has been delayed due to the impact of the global coronavirus pandemic and following the grant of an extension to the normal reporting timetable by Companies House and the AIM Team of the London Stock Exchange, there is no resolution proposing the approval of the annual report.  A further General Meeting of shareholders will be convened in due course to approve the 2019 report.  

The Board anticipates announcing 2019 audited results in mid-June 2020 and, at the same time, it will provide an update on current trading.
